“Super Awesome Mix,” is inspired by Nik’s interests in space travel, retro futurism and romanticism. Featuring tributes to his own past- an iPod, The Iron Giant, “Dune,” a snow-globe, this piece imagines a space traveler on a voyage to Jupiter and what she might bring with her. What pieces of Earth would make it feel like home?
